这次来了一条 BLACK ANGUS SHORT LOIN，
所以不要再问我 T-Bone 跟 Porterhouse 到底差在哪里了——

我直接切给你吃。🤣

🥩 Striploin Bone-In — RM21.80/100G
🥩 T-Bone — RM24.80/100G
🥩 Porterhouse — RM27.80/100G

简单讲：

越切到后面，Tenderloin 越大。
所以从 Bone-In Striploin → T-Bone → Porterhouse，
你会看到那块 Tenderloin 慢慢变大。

而且这次我们 按重量卖，
不用怕一买就是很大份。

但是有一个问题——

我只有 11KG。😂

切完就是切完。
尤其 Porterhouse，不是整条全部都可以叫 Porterhouse 的。
