Orang Brunei panggil ambuyat,
while orang Sarawak panggil linut.

Personally, selalu asyik failed buat ambuyat sebab dia kena masuk air panas mendidih sambil gaul with the portion of 'agak-agak'.
So akan end up terlebih air, cair🤧

Now 'agak-agak' no more✨

Ambuyat by TM7
1. Masukkan 430~450g air.
▶️ Set to kettle mode, 100°C.
2. Masukkan 300g tepung sago masa air masih panas.
▶️ 30 sec | 90°C | Speed 5.

Lately asyik tak sihat tapi kita mak mak, sihat tak sihat kena sedia makanan jugak, especially untuk diri sendiri.

Here's my go-to chicken porridge. super simple.
Lagi lagi bila tak larat nak berdiri lama tu, memang tak fikir apa dah.
Beza sangat masak bubur atas dapur dengan thermomix. Tak risau terlelap lagi lagi bila tak larat,
tak risau nak jaga api. Tau tau siap.
Your TM7 akan auto off lepas stay idle beberapa minit tau.

Bubur Ayam👇
1) Basuh 180g beras dan masukkan dalam bowl. Tambah 1 tsp garam, 2 tsp sesame oil, 250g bahagian dada ayam yang dipotong dadu, 2tsp chicken stock powder, 1000-1500g air.
▶️ Masak 25min | 98°C | Speed 1.5.

2) Kalau nak ayam shredded,
▶️ Blend 10 sec | Reverse Speed 4.

3) Boleh add on white pepper dan kicap manis sebelum makan. Ashiappppp✨

Personally, rasa dia sangat close to bubur mekdi.
Kalau rajin sikit, boleh buh halia jugak. lagi umph🙌
And I love to change the temperature to 100°C instead of 98°C because i personally prefer bubur yang lagi pekat.

Paling ramai tanya haritu,
"Tak pahit ke pakai whole orange?"
Tak. serious okay je.
Tips dia kena excludekan bahagian atas dan bawah orange. Nak kurangkan possibility kelat tu.

Another tips pasal baking.
Heyy I was (and still am) a beginner too.
Dulu selalu risau masak betul ke tak kek aku ni.
The trick is take a toothpick dan cucuk.
Kalau dia clean, takda yang melekat sikit-sikit kat toothpick tu, masak la tu.
Same goes to masak brownies pun sy check macam ni.
Takda toothpick, boleh guna anything else. Garfu, cucuk satay, yang boleh observe sama ada akan ada yang melekat ke tak.

Beza dia dengan 'Cook Today'?
Kita skip extra click nak cari kat calendar.
Lepas tekan send to TM7, boleh tekan start terus.

Try buat tapi tak jadi?
👉 Pastikan akaun cookidoo kat phone tu akaun yang sama dengan TM7.
👉 Pastikan Wifi dan Bluetooth kat phone dah turn on.
👉 Kena letak phone dekat dengan TM7. Kadang kena letak bawah on/off button tu baru button 'Cook Today' berubah ke 'Send to TM7'.

Sharing my daily kari recipe
version pakai apa je ada kat rumah🙈

✨Berat air tu depends kalau nak kuah banyak, boleh tambah lagi air. Paling penting, paras air kena cover daging.
✨Kalau ada extra time, better slow cook lagi lama. Nanti daging laaaagi lembut, lagi sedap.a
✨Usually i'll put 100-200ml santan but kali ni kita pakai apa ada kat dapur ye😆
✨ Untuk slow cook daging, advisable buat up to 800g.

Selama ni ingatkan drizzle tu hiasan semata.

Tapi bila buat lemon drizzle ni, letak atas orang butter cake, dia enhance rasa citrus tu lagi.
Serious sedap sangat bagi saya yang tak minat kek ni.

Boleh jugak nak letak atas muffins or other cakes✨
