The BYD Atto 2 has officially launched in Malaysia and it's priced at RM100,000. It comes with a very interesting early bird package which includes a door-to-door EV charging service.
This is BYD's entry-level compact electric SUV with a single front motor pushing 130kW (174hp) and 290Nm torque, with a 0-100 time of 7.9s. It gets a 51.13kWh LFP Blade battery that offers up to 410km of NEDC-rated range on a single charge. The Atto 2 in Malaysia supports single-phase 7kW AC Charging and DC charging up to 82kW.
BYD Malaysia is offering an interesting easy ownership package (worth up to RM13,500) for the first 800 customers as follows:

BYD Atto 2 owners also get complimentary V2L adapter and 3-pin portable mobile charger. In addition, there are also promos for EV charging subscription from Gentari, ChargEV and DC Handal.
The public can check out the BYD Atto 2 at Heritage Valley from 25 to 27 July 2025.
