This friendly family-run spot, now run by the second generation, is famous for their smooth and springy koay teow th’ng served either in soup or dry style. What makes them special is their use of old hen chicken meat, giving the broth a richer and more flavourful taste compared to the usual version.

The broth is slowly simmered with chicken and pork bones, while the homemade tendon balls come with a fragrant hint of ginger.

Don’t miss out on their braised chicken with crunchy bean sprouts too — super satisfying! 🤤
