2 Days to Go Runners!

Here are the Checklist for your reference:

o Proper Running Shoes: Ensure each runner has a pair of comfortable and well-fitting running shoes suitable for the event. 👟👟👟👟

o Appropriate Clothing: Encourage runners to wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing that allows for ease of movement and breathability. We have prepared a TP Running Shirt for those who registered. 👕 👕👕👕

o Hydration Gear: Remind runners to carry a water bottle or hydration pack to stay hydrated during the run. Consider providing water stations along the route as well. 💦💦💦

o Timing Devices: If applicable, provide timing devices or encourage runners to use running apps or Smart watches to track your time and progress. ⌚️🍏

o Sun Protection: Advise runners to apply sunscreen before the run to protect their skin from harmful UV rays. Hats or visors and sunglasses can also help shield their eyes from the sun. Well, we will end by 6:30AM to 7AM; not so hot. 🌞

o Warm-Up Exercises: Encourage runners to perform dynamic warm-up exercises to prepare their muscles and joints for the run. Include activities like jogging in place, high knees, and arm circles. 🏃🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

o Stretching: Remind runners to engage in a post-run stretching routine to cool down their muscles and prevent stiffness or soreness.🏋️‍♀️

o Snacks/Energy Gels: Suggest runners bring small snacks or energy gels to consume during the run to maintain energy levels. Ensure they are familiar with the products and how they affect their performance. 🍌 🥖 🍱

o Positive Attitude: Encourage runners to approach the Fun Run with a positive mindset, focusing on enjoying the experience and celebrating their achievements. Aura! 😊😊😊

o Safety Precautions: Emphasize the importance of following traffic rules, staying on designated routes, and being aware of their surroundings. If required, provide safety marshals or volunteers along the course.❤️❤️❤️

o Supportive Friends and Colleagues: Encourage runners to invite friends, team mates and family members (if you have there) to cheer them on during the Fun Run. Their support can provide an extra boost of motivation.🌈🏋️‍♀️🌞😊🌈❤️🙏

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Malaysia Fun Run, with the exciting theme of "Colours Of Asia Fun Run" taking place on June 24th, Saturday.

This event, organized by our Employee Engagement Team, aims to promote employees' health and well-being while fostering a sense of camaraderie and team spirit spearheaded by our very own SOMs Patti and Allan,

Take note , this applies for those who registered only.

Category and Colours:
5KM: Neon Green
10KM: Neon Pink
15KM: Neon Orange

We encourage participants to wear appropriate running attire in the designated colors, adding a vibrant and lively touch to the event. Shirt will be distributed on June 24 at the exact place.
Whether you choose the 5KM, 10KM, or 15KM distance, be prepared to embark on a memorable journey filled with excitement and a celebration of health.

Finishers will be rewarded with a Limited Edition Medal, along with bananas and mineral water to replenish their energy after the run.

To ensure a smooth and organized event, we kindly request all runners to be punctual and at the STARTING POINT on time. This will allow us to commence the run promptly and maximize the enjoyment for all participants.

The Employee Engagement Committee members will be present to guide and assist you throughout the event. Their presence ensures that all logistics are taken care of, enabling you to focus on the fun-filled experience of the Teleperformance Malaysia Fun Run.

We believe that promoting employee health and well-being is of utmost importance, and events like these foster a strong sense of community within our organization.

We would like to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for making our recent Teleperformance Malaysia Trainer's Appreciation Day, held last Friday, an unforgettable and truly remarkable event at Olive Tree Hotel Penang Island.

The enthusiasm, energy, and unwavering dedication exhibited by each of you created an exceptional atmosphere of camaraderie and heartfelt appreciation that left a lasting impact on all who attended.

We were genuinely moved by the profound sense of bonding that permeated among our trainers, further solidifying the unity of our team. The meticulously planned and organized games were more than just sources of entertainment; they served as powerful catalysts for fostering connections, encouraging collaboration, and promoting a strong sense of teamwork. Witnessing the joyous laughter, friendly competition, and genuine interactions that unfolded throughout the day was truly heartwarming.

On behalf of the entire Teleperformance Malaysia family, we would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation for your invaluable contribution during our School Improvement Project on June 17th at SJK (C) Wen Khai School in Penang Island.

The turnout for the event was truly remarkable, with 150 enthusiastic volunteers from Teleperformance Malaysia coming together to make a positive difference in the lives of young students. The atmosphere was filled with passion, teamwork, and a genuine spirit of giving back. Your dedication and commitment to the project were evident in the transformation we achieved.

Under the theme of School Improvement, we successfully painted a total of 7 school classrooms, creating vibrant and engaging learning environments for the students of SJK (C) Wen Khai School. Your hard work and willingness to roll up your sleeves demonstrated the power of collective effort and the positive impact we can have on our community.

We would also like to extend a special acknowledgment to our esteemed Teleperformance Leadership, Andy Rangel (our CEO), Vivienne Araneta (VP of Ops), and the TPMY Managers and HR Team, for their active participation and support. Your presence and involvement added an extra layer of motivation and inspiration to our volunteers, reminding us of the significance of our collective mission.

We are delighted to share that the overall fund collected from our dedicated volunteers amounted to RM1829. This generous contribution enabled us to purchase much-needed school supplies, which were joyfully handed over to the School Vice Principal. Your generosity will undoubtedly make a difference in the lives of the students and contribute to their educational journey.

We would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to our TPMY Employee Engagement Committee. Your hard work, planning, and coordination were instrumental in making this event a resounding success. Your dedication to ensuring the smooth ex*****on of the project is commendable, and we are immensely grateful for your tireless efforts.

As we reflect on this impactful experience, let us celebrate our achievements and the collective spirit of volunteerism that drives us. The School Improvement Project served as a powerful reminder of the positive change we can create when we come together with a shared purpose.
