怡保第一花园广州茶室的浙江烧肉我又来鸟❗😆

今天吃烧肉、烧肠、烧排骨、卤杂，还有猪肠粉。我个人口味，在怡保吃来吃去，还是这［浙江一支骨］烧肉档的烧肉好吃。老板真的用心去做好烧肉给大家吃。从选猪的条件/要求，腌制过程，烧烤过程等等都不马虎，以尽可能确保烧出来的烧猪是最好吃的。除了没有猪骚味、皮脆、肉咸香入味之外，老板态度又好人又幽默🤣 从不认识他，吃到变成朋友😄

茶室内的猪肠粉也是亮点。靓姐的猪肠粉个人也是觉得挺好吃😆

假如硬要吐槽的，就是希望茶室环境稍微装修翻新一下，让顾客能有个更好更整洁凉快更舒心的用餐环境那就更赞了😄

Back again at First Garden’s Kwong Chow Coffee Shop in Ipoh for their Chee Kong roast pork❗😆

Today’s lineup: roast pork, roast sausage, roast ribs, mixed braised goodies, and Ipoh-style Chee Cheong Fun. In my honest opinion, after trying all around Ipoh, nothing beats the roast pork from this "Zhe Jiang One Bone" roast pork. Not only is it free of gamey taste, with crispy skin and savory, well-seasoned meat — but the boss is also super friendly and hilarious 🤣 We went from complete strangers to braders over his food 😄

The Chee Cheong Fun inside the shop is another highlight. The auntie who makes it really nails it — I personally think it’s pretty darn delicious 😋😆

If I really had to nitpick, I’d just wish the coffee shop would get a little makeover. A fresher, cleaner, cooler, and cozier environment would make the whole experience even more awesome for all the diners 😄

有喜欢饮茶的朋友吗？🫣☺️

水金龟（Shui Jin Gui）是著名的武夷岩茶“四大名丛”之一（另外三者为大红袍、铁罗汉、白鸡冠）。它产于福建省武夷山市，属于半发酵的乌龙茶。

1. 品质特征
外观：干茶条索紧结、肥壮，颜色呈墨绿带润，且油光闪亮。
香气：香气幽长清远，具有独特的梅花香（或腊梅香）。
口感：滋味浓厚甘鲜，喉韵悠长，被形容为“既有铁观音的甘醇，又有绿茶的清香”。
汤色：冲泡后的茶汤呈现橙黄色且清澈明亮。

2. 文化背景
得名由来：相传此茶树因其叶子繁茂，远观之下枝条交错，形似金龟的背壳，且原长于水边，故名“水金龟”。

3. 冲泡与储存建议
冲泡：建议使用100℃沸水冲泡，投茶量通常为8克/壶，采取快冲快出的方式以保持香气。
储存：岩茶的保质期通常在3年左右，应存放于干燥、避光、无异味的环境中。

巴占大街过了警局，走至Caltex星唛油站交通灯，左转进去不久后再右转，鸿运就在左手边的那排商店（隔壁是99 SpeedMart）。
From Bercham main road, pass the police station. Keep going until you see the Caltex petrol station traffic light. Turn left in, then shortly after, make a right turn. Restoran Hoong Guan is on your left in that row of shops — right next to 99 SpeedMart.

【麻辣全蛋云吞面】

老板新创的麻辣全蛋云吞面 (还有猪油渣) - RM5.00。不会很辣，不错吃（我是吃干捞麻辣云吞面）😄

板面也还保持着水准👍🏻😋 也试了开档不久的炒粉（我试蚶虾蛋炒粉）RM7.50，整体味道也不差，可以吃 😄
