After covering the recently concluded Gourmet Delight Afternoon High Tea, many of you have been asking about the person who curated all those beautiful and delicious treats. With full confidence and passion, Chef Daniel presented his creations during the event — and that sparked a lot of curiosity.

His live session for his Oyster Omelette has been sensational which generated thousand and thousand of viewers.

So I took the chance to dig deeper and share more about Chef Daniel Lowe, the Head Chef of Fraser Place Puteri Harbour — someone I’ve personally followed and admired since 2021 when I first covered their Hi-Tea Buffet.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve had the privilege to review several of their themed buffets including Ramadan and Chinese New Year, and I must say — the consistency, improvement, and unique culinary identity Chef Daniel brings are truly outstanding.

What stands out at Fraser Place? Their signature Baba-Nyonya–inspired dishes, creative local favorites, and of course, the warm hospitality that makes every visit feel special. Though Iskandar Puteri is still growing as a township, this place is truly a hidden gem worth discovering.
