Iskandar Malaysia Studios is the largest filmed entertainment production facility in South East Asia, housing state-of-the-art film stages, TV studios, water filming tanks, and extensive production support facilities.
Our mission is twofold: to serve as a preferred location for film and television productions for international projects, as well as to promote and foster the development of quality Malaysian screen content from domestic filmmakers and TV producers.
The Studios offers:
100,000 sq ft of Film Stages
24,000 sq ft of HD ready TV Studios with an audience capacity of 1,260
37,000 sq ft of Workshop space and Production Accommodation; which includes
Hair, Make Up, Dressing Rooms and Production Offices
3 indoor and outdoor water tanks, including Asia Pacific’s only paddock tank
measuring 700 ft x 700 ft.
The facility also includes Film Services that specializes in lighting design
consultancy and rigging equipment.
Post production on a dry hire basis, which includes a Dolby Atmos Dubbing Theatre and 50-seat DI Screening Theatre.
