FROSTEA Malaysia started during MCO lockdowns (COVID-19) — fast, scrappy, and without time to think about branding. Like many startups, they focused on survival first. But that early identity? It didn’t grow with them.
The brand was visually all over the place — vintage vibes, clashing styles, inconsistent menus. Great drinks, but no clear story. That’s where we came in.
