We started as a humble online bookstore called Imanshoppe in 2012 which was then followed by a publishing company called Iman Publication in 2013. Fast forward to today, IMAN has published over 80+ titles and our books have reached readers from all over the world including Singapore, Brunei, the United Kingdom, Japan and many more. 1. Education background: Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration Communications or relevant qualification
2. Proven 2-5 years of work experience in a marketing or content field.
3. Familiarity in knowledge and skill in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, CRM Platforms or Email marketing tools.
4. Time management and ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines due to the nature of the industry (fast-paced environment).
5. Excellent communication and copywriting skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

2. Proven 1–5 years of work experience in book content structuring, editing, and proofreading.
3. Strong command of language with the ability to spot grammatical, spelling, and stylistic errors across various types of content.
4. Able to demonstrate innovative ideas and translate words into meaningful and engaging reading experiences.
5. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to build good rapport with writers, freelancers and team members.
6. Flexibility, time management, and creativity in handling multiple editorial tasks under tight deadlines.

Pada hari Khamis yang lalu, team IMAN telah mengadakan sesi Town Hall pertama untuk tahun 2025. Sesi kali ini agak istimewa kerana ia diadakan bagi menandakan tamatnya kitaran Performance Review 2024 serta perkongsian bagi arah tuju IMAN untuk 2025 ke hadapan. ✨✨

Bagi meraikan sesi ini juga, IMAN telah mengadakan sesi khusus bagi mengiktiraf 4 orang ahli pasukan IMAN yang telah mencapai prestasi terbaik sepanjang 2024 serta 9 orang lagi ahli pasukan lain yang telah mencapai rating 5 (tertinggi!) bagi komponen Leadership Competencies yang turut dinilai ketika sesi Performance Review 2024. 🌱🌱

Hadiah bagi sesi ini telah disampaikan oleh Puan Khairun Nabilah, General Manager (Operation) di IMAN. 🎁🎁

Kami di IMAN ingin mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih kepada semua penulis dan pelukis yang hadir serta menjayakan malam Authors & Artists Appreciation Night ini. Kehadiran kalian bukan sahaja memeriahkan suasana, tetapi juga mengingatkan kami betapa besarnya impak yang telah kalian semua berikan melalui karya-karya hebat.

Ada yang pakai peranti sendiri, ada yang telah pakai peranti yang disediakan syarikat selama 3-4 tahun lamanya. Kini masa untuk upgrade to the new device.
