Today Siung was one of two Sabahan animation studios awarded the digital content grant. Thanks to Eric Juman for accepting the grant from our Prime Minister.

Agents4Change - I Tambang 🌿✨

Throwback to one of our most meaningful projects at Siung Films! In I Tambang, we share the touching story of a little girl named Sunshine, who dreams of turning into a deer. After waking up, she discovers her world is on fire, and with the deer's help, she embarks on a journey to save her village. Told in Kadazan, one of Sabah's indigenous languages, this tale is about walking in someone else’s shoes, seeing the world from their perspective, and embracing the interconnectedness of all things. It’s a story of courage, standing up for what you believe in, and the deep respect for nature that is part of the Kadazan worldview. 🌏💚

We are temporarily pausing the collection of glass bottles at 3 of our green hub (Tame, Madsiang & Rasa Ria) as we are busy packing for our move to a new location! In the meantime, please keep your glass bottles — just clean them, pack them well and keep them safe.

Once we’re settled into our new space, our glass bottle recycling centre will reopen and we’d love to have you drop them off again. Stay tuned, and thank you for your support ❗️
