Most webinar hosts are popping champagne if they get a 40% attendance rate. 🍾

We just helped a client hit 84%.

And honestly? I was sweating a little when we took this project on. 😅

Why? Because they are in the Spiritual Healing niche.

It’s emotional, it’s personal, and if your marketing feels even slightly "off," people will scroll right past you.

So, how did we get 84% of leads to actually watch the presentation?

We didn’t use "fake scarcity" or remind them 47 times via email.

We live in the age of the ‘elevated’ marketer.

Someone who relies on AI and the latest digital hacks to make their life easier and create plug and play funnels that generate leads like bees to honey. 🐝

Problem with that is most businesses are just regurgitating the same old slop.

Sure, you might get leads doing it this way – but chances are, those leads aren’t going to end up buying your stuff. So it’s more like attracting flies to s*** (excuse my French). 💩

That’s why we like to dial things back once in a while and use “oldschool” methods…

…like sending actual, PHYSICAL mail to our prospects…

…or sending ‘cold emails’ to people who’ve NEVER heard of us before.

Crazy thing is…

So in case you haven’t heard, Meta rolled out a new update called Andromeda.

Sounds super cool and futuristic!

But it’s also driving marketers and businesses CRAZY.

Thanks to new updates to how their algorithms work, everyone’s Facebook ads are performing weirdly.

(Yeah, if you noticed your ad costs bouncing all over the place, Zuckerberg is to blame)

But here’s the weird thing.

Back in 2009, I didn’t just hit rock bottom.

I hit the ground, got crushed by a piano, and then the piano exploded.

Basically my property development business tanked HARD during the global financial crisis.

I lost millions. 💸💸💸

But more importantly, I lost the will to live.

Between debtors hounding me every single hour, my car getting repossessed, losing over 20 properties, my parents wondering why they lost their home in Sydney, and our investors losing their life savings…

…it was hard not to feel that way.

18 years later, I’ve repaid my debts and also started one of the most sought-after agencies for filling virtual events.

And weirdly enough…

I don’t think I would get to this point without first being forced to rebuild from absolute ZERO.

After losing everything in 2008, then watching Amazon eat my lunch in my second business, I finally found my litmus test for success:

"If $10 million hit my bank account tomorrow, would I still do this?"

For my first two businesses? Nope. 💸

For Radical Marketing? Absolutely yes.

Took me 25 years and three businesses to realize something simple. When you'd do it even if you didn't need the money, that's when the money actually shows up.

Funny how that works.
