Maybe I didn't have to wait til 3pm?

I asked whether I could take the 1pm bus while showing my 3pm ticket. I was told no because the bus is full.

낑겨탈 수 있냐고 물어봤는데
매진으로 안된다고 한다...

So I waited til 3pm
그렇게 3시까지 기달렸다.

Maybe because I no longer find a busy life attractive?
바쁘게 돌아가는 삶이
더 이상 매력적으로 느껴지지 않아서일까??

The downtime didn't feel unpleasant.
기다리는 시간이
싫게 느껴지지 않았다.

Also there was WIFI
2hrs passed quick
while I was on my phone
그리고 와이파이 잘 터져서
핸드폰 하다보니 금방 3시가 됐다..

Another hot day in Melbourne over 30C/86F ☀️ Ice brewing (kōridashi, 氷出し) is a great way to brew premium sencha without making it bitter or astringent.

This is the easiest brewing method to bring out umami with the least effort (other than I wanna poke or swirl ice around time to time before it's ready 😒).

🧊 HOW TO Kōridashi 🧊

1. Add ice into your glass or teapot.
*Make sure your ice is not smelly.

2. Sprinkle high-quality Japanese sencha gently on top of the ice.

3. Let it brew ~

4. Today I used 10g for 4 ice cubes approx. 200ml. It took over an hour to brew half.

5. Tea is ready! ☺️🍵
