🌙【Feeling Tired Lately? 最近,Glow 姐姐发现一个共同话题——
无论是职场女性、全职妈妈还是创业姐妹,
几乎每个人都说:「最近真的很容易累。」
她听了几次,忍不住笑着问:
「是天气太热,还是我们真的太拼?」
大家沉默两秒,然后互相点头。
有位姐妹说:「我现在连逛街都懒,
明明以前可以一整天都满血。」
另一位补一句:「我不是懒,是身体真的不行了,
睡再多也补不回那种“精神”的感觉。」

2️⃣ 睡前慢一点 —— 不再滑手机、听首轻音乐、写一点手帐。
3️⃣ 白天晒点阳光 —— 让身体重新认识“白天要醒、晚上要睡”。
三个月后,她发现变化悄悄发生。
早上起床不再昏沉,
下午也不会突然掉电。
最重要的是,她的心情,也跟着“亮”了。

So she began with small changes —
✨ A wholesome breakfast that truly fuels (high protein + fiber + probiotics)
✨ A short 15-min walk after meals
✨ 5 minutes each night for deep breathing and gratitude journaling
Little by little, her energy returned.
The difference wasn’t overnight — it was built day by day.
