Thank you to The Star for the feature in Star Lifestyle Culture. As I shared with the editor, this art form holds a deeply personal place in my heart. Every year during the Ghost Festival, my parents would take me to various parts of the city to join in the celebrations. While they were busy praying, I found myself captivated by the Chinese puppetry performances nearby.

As I grew older and began my research, I came to realise that this once-vibrant tradition is slowly fading, becoming less visible, almost like it's vanishing into thin air. That’s what inspired me to begin this journey, to merge the richness of Chinese traditional culture with the timeless resonance of Western classics.

🎭 改编自荒诞派大师尤金·尤涅斯库经典，《凳子》巧妙融合本土布袋戏的凋零挽歌与现代人的存在焦虑。故事聚焦两位退休操偶师，在技艺式微、岁月孤寂的晚景中，一场突如其来的“神谕”，是点亮希望的微光，抑或只是另一场荒诞的仪式？

🏆 继实验首演获 Krishen Jit 基金肯定后，正式公演即勇夺第19届 BOH Cameronian 艺术大奖“戏剧类最佳主角”，并入围 第19届 ADA 戏炬奖三项大奖！
