‼️ প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশীদের জরুরী বিবৃতি ‼️
৭২ ঘণ্টার আল্টিমেটাম অতিক্রান্ত হলেও বাংলাদেশ সরকার শহীদ ওসমান হাদির হ*ত্যাকারীদের গ্রেপ্তারে ব্যর্থ হয়েছে। এর প্রতিবাদে বিশ্বব্যাপী আমরা প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশীরা সম্মিলিতভাবে রেমিটেন্স শাটডাউন ঘোষণা করছি।
এই শাটডাউন চলবে যতদিন না হ*ত্যাকারীদের “জীবিত” গ্রেপ্তার করা হবে। প্রয়োজনে আন্তর্জাতিক গোয়েন্দা সংস্থাসমূহের সঙ্গে যৌথ সহযোগিতার বিষয়টিও গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে বিবেচনায় আনতে হবে।
কোনো ধরনের “ক্র’স’ফা’য়া’র” বা বিচারবহির্ভূত হ*ত্যাকাণ্ড ঘটলে, প্রবাসীরা আরও কঠোর কর্মসূচি গ্রহণ করবে।
শুধু খু*নিদের গ্রেপ্তার নয় - এই হ*ত্যাকাণ্ডে দেশ-বিদেশে যারা প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষভাবে জড়িত, তাদের সবাইকে চিহ্নিত করে জনসমক্ষে পরিচয় প্রকাশ এবং ন্যায়বিচার নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। সরকার, আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনী বা গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার কেউ জড়িত থাকলে তাদের বিরুদ্ধেও একইভাবে বিচার করতে হবে।
যদি কোনো বিদেশি শক্তির সংশ্লিষ্টতার প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়, তবে আন্তর্জাতিক আদালতে মামলা দায়ের এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট দেশের সঙ্গে কূটনৈতিক সম্পর্ক ও সামরিক কৌশল পুনর্বিবেচনা করতে হবে।
বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা, সার্বভৌমত্ব ও ন্যায়বিচারের প্রশ্নে বিশ্বজুড়ে প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশীরা সর্বদা ঐক্যবদ্ধ ও আপসহীন।

‼️ Urgent Statement from Expatriate Bangladeshis ‼️
Despite the expiration of the 72-hour ultimatum, the Government of Bangladesh has failed to arrest the perpetrators responsible for the m*urder of Shaheed Osman Hadi. In protest, expatriate Bangladeshis worldwide are collectively announcing a global remittance shutdown.
This shutdown will continue until the perpetrators are arrested alive. If necessary, the option of joint cooperation with international intelligence agencies must also be given due and serious consideration.
Any form of so-called “c'rossf'ire” or extrajudicial k*illing will result in expatriates adopting even more stringent measures.
Not only must the m*urderers be arrested, but all individuals - both within the country and abroad - who were directly or indirectly involved in this k*illing must be identified, publicly exposed, and brought to justice. If any members of the government, law enforcement agencies, or intelligence services are found to be involved, they must be prosecuted in the same manner.
If evidence of involvement by any foreign power emerges, cases must be filed in international courts, and diplomatic relations as well as military strategies with the concerned country must be reassessed.
On matters of Bangladesh’s independence, sovereignty, and justice, expatriate Bangladeshis around the world remain united and uncompromising.
