Pleasantly surprised to receive 3 PropNex Malaysia awards for year 2024.

It has been a busy & somewhat challenging year for me. While try to achieve my sales goal , I was also coaching my teammates to make sure they grow with me.

Among the 3 awards, two are new to me.

🎯Millionaire 2024
I set this goal in Dec 2023. But inside my heart, I wasn’t sure. But one thing I am certain is, if I want to achieve big, I need to have big goal and believe in myself that “I Can Do It”!

Hence, as usual, I “归零” meaning , the “back to zero” mindset. And i took massive action.

🎯Top 5 Project Producer
This is definitely a surprise to me. But this is an accumulaative effort from year 2023 and 2024. Is a recognition for me that I have shifted my focus from 100% subsale to 90% project since 2023.

And this is also a testament that nothing is impossible. Many seasoned agents says they are subsale agents they can’t do projects, I want to convince you that, if the company has the support structure like trainings and such, it makes everything achievable.

🎯Top 100
I made it to Top 100 last year, hence I wasn’t too emotional when I see this award 😝.

Overall, year 2024 is a memorable year that I achieved another major milestone in my real estate journey. A year to remember and hence this is a note to myself that FB will remind me in years to come 😆.

I am grateful to have a strong support from the company to allow us to sell many quality properties from reputable developers. And my KarenTho Associates team Peggy Gan , William Long, Amy Low that work together as a team on many partnerships, my district leaders Eunice Yong and Cliff Siow Cliff Siow Division CSD for all the team trainings and workshops.

I also want to thank all my loyal customers, Co agents who supported me all these years.
