Lately we hear a lot of news about deaths. There are many more which couldn't fit the social media. Losing someone you love, like, knew, adore - it is never easy and we all have different degrees of sadness because we have different life journeys & l memories with them.

If you can, pls allow yourself to grief. As you go through, you will be surprised how time plus acceptance will get you through it. If you find it difficult to begin, talk to someone.

For those who have recently lost their loved ones, pls accept our deepest condolences. May you find strength to go through this heartbreaking and difficult moment.
