My son recently started his A-Level Law classes. He was completely new to the subject, no clue about case laws, legal terms, or how to approach such a heavy syllabus. Instead of pushing him to memorize, I decided to teach him how to learn.
Using tools like NotebookLM, Grok, and Gemini, we built a simple system that helped him prepare before class, think critically during lectures, and review effectively afterward. This article shares the same tried-and-tested techniques, plus a fascinating concept I discovered on Reddit called the “Neural Triangulation Strategy”, which trains you to think from three angles: analytical, creative, and skeptical.
