这个星期的会议有点特别唷～

因为队友们
生孩子的去生孩子🤱🏻，
坐飞机的去坐飞机🛫，
参加特别活动的也在忙着奔赴行程🥂，
最后能坐下来开会的，只剩下我们三个人。

可是，我们没有取消会议。
Follow the system。
每个星期一的会议，不是流程，
而是一种对自己、对队友、对这条路的承诺。

这让我想起 Ryan 曾经提到的一个概念：
result-driven vs commitment-driven。
你是看到结果才行动的人，
还是不管结果，都会先把该做的事做到位？
你又是属于哪一类呢？

所以不管出席人数，
我们依然半认真、半不认真地把会开完就对了😆

而 build your assets 这句话，也一直在提醒我：
资产，不只是钱，
更是能力、经验、认知，
以及能长期产生价值的内容。
这些，都需要被持续投资与累积。

而当我们认真经营团队的专业、打造自己的个人 IP，
其实就是在不断地 Build Our Assets。

当我们清楚自己要什么，
宇宙真的会把机会带到身边。
这一次，刚好让我报名课程，
学习如何更有效地经营小红书，
向优秀的人学习，也补强自己不擅长的部分。

所以今天的会议，
我把学到的重点整理出来，
和队友们一起分享、讨论、升级

→ 产品承接
→ 实际变现
