🚨 The High Court has discharged and acquitted former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin of 1 charge of abusing his position to obtain a RM200 million bribe from Bukhary Equity and 3 money laundering charges involving the same amount, linked to his Jana Wibawa case.

• The court made the ruling today after Deputy Public Prosecutor Ahmad Akram Gharib applied to discontinue the case against Muhyiddin.

• Muhyiddin still faces 3 charges of abusing his position to obtain RM25.3 million in bribes from Nepturis Sdn Bhd, Mamfor Sdn Bhd, KCJ Engineering Sdn Bhd and its managing director Azman Yusoff.
