Impact Hockey Johor U12 Clinic โ€“ Batu Pahat
โ€œA Legend with a Missionโ€ โ€“ Shaping the Next Generation of Goalkeepers

Legendary goalkeeper S. Kumar, with over 20 years of experience at the highest level, has embarked on a mission close to his heart โ€” to shape the future of Malaysian hockey through the Impact Hockey Kumar Goalkeeper Clinic. With a vision to nurture young talent from the grassroots, Kumar is instilling the right techniques and mindset in young goalkeepers, believing that their journey to the Asian Games, World Cup, and Olympics begins today.

Today marked a major milestone with the successful Impact Hockey Johor U12 Clinic held at the Tamil School in Batu Pahat. The event was a true celebration of passion, discipline, teamwork, and unity โ€” core values that form the foundation of every great athlete.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Mr. Govinthan, Vice President of Impact Hockey Johor, and to Mr. Pravin Kumar, whose unwavering commitment and meticulous planning were instrumental in bringing this clinic to life. Their dedication to both hockey and the development of young players is truly inspiring.

We also express our sincere gratitude to MHC President Datoโ€™ Sri Subahan Kamal, whose continued support remains vital in elevating Malaysian hockey to new heights.

Special thanks as well to CEO Mr. Jayan and National Coach Sarjit Singh for their invaluable support and encouragement.

The overwhelming turnout of enthusiastic young players โ€” supported by devoted parents, passionate teachers, and dedicated coordinators โ€” is a testament to the bright future of hockey in our community. Together, we are building more than athletes; we are shaping a generation grounded in discipline, unity, and excellence.
