🌍 International schools abroad vs. American public schools🇺🇸

I’ve taught in the U.S. and at international schools in Nigeria, Austria, and Romania, and my kids have attended internationals in Romania and now Malaysia. Let’s just say… coming from public schools in Virginia, a lot of this was a total shock to the system! However, I’m not sure how I’ll be ready to ever go back to the U.S. system 😳

Every school is different, but these were the case for most!

Here are my Lisbon Google Map pins I sent to her: https://maps.app.goo.gl/VmzYczoPeLtWC6Kh9 She is going to Lisbon and was also looking for a close drive to another city/town, so I recommended Sintra (castle) or Cascais (beach area). Have you been to Lisbon or any of the surrounding areas, what would you recommend!?
