n media. On the first Thursday of every month we stumble into Mindvalley HQ in Menara UOA, Bangsar, to share our collective knowledge, provoke thought and take advantage of beanbags. The community decides our direction. We will bring together some of the best and brightest writers Malaysia has to offer and give them the platform society needs. But we will not squander this potential. We are an entire generation chained to a desk, working within guidelines whilst sticking to the deadlines; slaves with white collars. We are being raised as a generation of apathetic drones, not thinkers. We want to change that. But it wont be enough for us to just learn from each other – we want you to put what you learn into practice. Imagine if we worked together through our words to make a celebrity to endorse a cause, a politician to enforce a law, or we get a best-selling author to speak to us exclusively. Which brings us full circle to the meaning of The Last Word. We write the headlines in our newspapers, the articles on our websites, the slogans on our billboards - we have an amazing potential raise the Malaysian standard. So, how shall we do it?
