Cajun Garlic Butter Steak Bites: Bold & Buttery Bliss!

Juicy steak bites seared to perfection, drenched in spicy Cajun garlic butter—quick, easy, and packed with flavor! Perfect for appetizers, bowls, or straight from the pan.

Ingredients :
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation :
1️⃣ Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
2️⃣ Season steak with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Sear steak bites for 2-3 min per side until browned.
4️⃣ Add butter & garlic, toss to coat, and cook for 1 more min.
5️⃣ Garnish with parsley & serve hot!

🔥 Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce 🔥

A rich, buttery sauce infused with bold garlic and fiery heat—perfect for drizzling over seafood, grilled meats, or roasted vegetables!

Instructions
1️⃣ Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3️⃣ Stir in the spicy chili garlic sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for another minute.
4️⃣ Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice and honey (if using).
5️⃣ Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

🔥 Variations
Swap honey for maple syrup for a different sweetness.
Add a splash of soy sauce for umami depth.

Crispy Crab Rolls

Ingredients ~ Crab Cake Filling :
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 2 green onions, finely slice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Egg Rolls :
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying

Lemon Dip :
- ¼ cup mayonnais
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crab Cake Filling:
In a bowl, gently mix together the lump crab meat, chopped celery, sliced green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Assemble the Egg Rolls:
• Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, with one corner facing you (like a diamond shape).
• Spoon a small amount of the crab mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
• Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg.
• Fold in the sides and roll up tightly, ensuring the filling is sealed inside. Repeat for the remaining egg rolls.
3. Fry the Egg Rolls:
• Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium heat (about 350°F).
• Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
• Remove from oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
4. Prepare the Lemon Dip:
• In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
