Real talk. I read the Jollibee paper bag story and it hit me hard.

Isang babae, kapapanganak lang — pagod, sugatan, wala man lang yakap o malasakit… ang inabot niya, isang paper bag ng Jollibee na hindi pa para sa kanya.

Hindi ito tungkol sa fried chicken. It’s about emotional neglect. Yung iniwan kang mag-isa sa pinaka-traumatic na moment ng buhay mo… tapos parang wala lang.

“Ok lang yan, tapos na.”

Seriously?

Ladies, please — wag niyo nang hintayin makarating sa ganitong punto bago niyo pansinin ang red flags.

Pag simula pa lang, hindi ka na inuuna… believe me, hindi yan magically magbabago pag may anak na kayo.

Love isn’t just about staying. It’s about choosing to show up when it matters most.

I say this because I’ve been there.
I’ve experienced being broken — financially, emotionally, spiritually.
But I chose to rise.
