2. Rebate & Renewal Perks

- You can renew your lease up to 99 years.
- Under the Private Residential Ownership Scheme, it’s only RM 5,000 (as long as you don’t sell the property).
- Want to transfer to your children? No extra payment needed!
- If you sell later, the full premium, based on current market value, applies—but there's a 30% discount for the first renewal.

3. Only Applicable to Residential Use

- This offer is strictly for residential lots—not available to agricultural or commercial properties.
- Need proof? Recent photos of your house (showing it’s still residential) are required.

4. No Lawyers Needed—Do It Yourself!

- You can apply directly through the Selangor Land Office's online checklist—no legal assistance required.
