WORLD ISLAMIC TOURISM & TRADE EXPO (WITEX 2025) & the WORLD CULTURAL & ARTS FESTIVAL (WCAF 2025) started with a bang, over 150 booths taken up by Malaysian and International exhibitors from Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Zambia, China, Taiwan and Kazakhstan, showcasing their products in Malaysia. Participating Malaysian states includes Parlis , Pajang, Terengganu and Langkawi.
STAR-STUDDED HIGHLIGHTS - MAWI & VANNY VABIOLA, the two celebrities took the limelight at the Meet & Greet session.
World Islamic Tourism & Trade Conference 2025, where global experts discussed Islamic Tourism, Smart Travel, Halal Gastronomy and Cultural Industries.
Ministers & CEO's Summit 2025 gathered under this theme. "Driving Global Partnership and Investments in Islamic Tourism".
WCAF 2025- Culture On Stage, Running along WiTEX, WCAF 2025, showcased performances from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
Islamic Fashion show , Halal Culinary showcase with celebrity Chefs.
World Islamic & Tourism Awards, recognizes outstanding achievements in Islamic Tourism, Trade, Culture and Sustainability - honouring Cities, Destinations, and Leaders, who drive global progress in Halal travel and Cultural exchange.
WITEX & WCAF was successfully organized by Malaysia Tourism Agency Association (MATA), WITEX & WCAF 2025 serve as premier platforms for Islamic Tourism, Trade and Cultural cooperation. The events are integral to Visit Selangor Year 2025 and Visit Malaysia Year 2026 Campaigns.
