We at MOVA MARKETING SDN BHD hereby officially announce that, effective immediately, we have withdrawn from our collaboration with MOVA DIGITAL TECH SDN BHD.

We would also like to clarify that the termination of this collaboration is due to the misalignment of both parties’ future strategic directions. After amicable discussions between both sides, and based on overall company development considerations, the termination was initiated by MOVA MARKETING SDN BHD.

We sincerely appreciate the cooperation and support given in the past. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold professionalism and remain focused on the development and optimisation of our own business.

📌 Mova Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
After a comprehensive evaluation of the “Mova Cashback App” project (hereinafter referred to as “Mova”), and following multiple rounds of careful deliberation by the company’s management, we have determined that the business model and operational direction of Mova Digital Tech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., the principal company of the project, differ significantly from our cooperation philosophy and strategic objectives.

After multiple discussions and thorough consideration between both parties, Mova Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has decided to formally withdraw from the project’s promotional partnership in Malaysia (main distributorship) and, effective from the date of this announcement, will terminate all promotional, marketing, and related collaborative activities associated with the project.

This decision is made to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our company, clients, partners, and employees, and to mitigate potential legal and reputational risks.

Moving forward, we will continue to uphold an open and collaborative attitude, exploring opportunities for cooperation and support in areas where our values and objectives are aligned. 🙏
