My First Fishing Trip 2026.

Ever since I temporarily closed the tackle shop, I haven’t been as active on the water. And I truly miss everything about it, the grind, the excitement, the people, the journey.

So why did I stop?
Reality. Priorities.

Running multiple small businesses isn’t easy. At some point, you have to focus where it matters most. To avoid "Yang dikejar tak dapat, yang dikendong berciciran" something like that.

A small business needs constant attention, like raising a baby. The good thing? A business can pause…and come back when the time is right.

The passion never left. I still believe every angler deserves the right gear at the best value, to enjoy fishing the way it’s meant to be.

Do you have a system for organizing your fishing gear and terminal tackles?

I’ve been trying different ways to manage mine, but somehow the workspace always ends up messy again. Maybe that’s a sign the system just isn’t working. So I keep adjusting and improving until I find one that actually sticks. Keeping things tidy is harder than it looks 😅. How about you guys?

How do you guys organise your fishing lures?

Honestly, I’m still learning and definitely don’t have the best system yet. Just trying to stay a bit more organised and avoid the mess 😅

This is what I do for now:
• Split lures into Topwater, Diving/Suspended, and Sinking
• Then separate each type by weight: below 10g, 11–20g, 20–30g

It works okay for me, but I’m sure many of you have way better systems.

Would love to hear how you guys manage yours. Any tips to improve this? 🎣

How to not Overspend on Fishing Gear.

It’s always the small, small things that end up eating the biggest cost in the long run.

Most overspending problems happen because we don’t really keep track of what inventory we already have.

Organise the storage system and try to create an inventory system to track what’s needed, so we can avoid overspending.

Taking a break from fishing, but I’m back with renewed passion and enthusiasm.

I’m not tired of fishing; I’m inspired to seek new adventures and experiences. While fishing can be costly, the journey is about more than just the catch, it's about exploring, learning, and embracing the outdoors.

Sometimes, a pause is all you need to come back stronger and more motivated.

Here’s to new horizons, endless possibilities, and making unforgettable memories on the water!

I want to share some personal thoughts with you. After much reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to close down our operations. Our journey didn’t unfold as we had hoped, and sometimes, despite our best efforts, things don’t go as planned.

We’re now moving on to new ventures and different paths. I truly believe that even in setbacks, there are lessons to be learned. Failure can be tough, but it’s also a powerful teacher, guiding us toward growth and future success.

I want to take this moment to deeply thank my friends, family, partners, and everyone who supported us along the way. Your encouragement, belief in us, and kindness meant the world. It’s because of you that this experience was so meaningful one I will cherish forever.

This chapter may be closing, but I’m grateful for everything we’ve shared. If you have any questions or just want to connect about what’s next, please don’t hesitate to reach out I’d love to hear from you.
