I still can’t believe I went to Mulu and explored the caves. I’m the kind of person who hates the outdoors: the dirt, the heat, no aircon, no phone signal. Everything about it should’ve been miserable for me😮💨
But somehow, I found myself touching the waters, sweating, walking in the rain with mud filling my shoes, my fringe dripping wet. And because I knew deep down I’d never come back again, I made sure I absorbed it all🥺
I looked at the trees, touched the waters, breathed in the air, smelled the nature. Oh and I let a snake kiss me💀 Pls I fr almost fainted
It was uncomfortable and messy, I was completely out of my element. Yet somehow, in that moment, I was happy… and grateful I went🌿✨
