ডক্টর ইউনুস আওয়ামী লীগকে এমন একটা আইক্কাওয়ালা বাঁশ দিবেন-
দেশবাসী কল্পনাও করতে পারে নাই!
প্রফেসর ইউনুস জুলাই’২৪ গণহত্যার তদন্ত রিপোর্ট জাতিসংঘের মানবাধিকার দপ্তরকে দিয়ে করিয়ে জাতির একটা বিরাট উপকার করে গেছেন!
কোন পলিটিক্যাল সরকার ক্ষমতায় এসে এটাকে অস্বীকার করতে পারবে না পক্ষপাতদুষ্টও বলতে পারবে না!
আওয়ামী লীগের রাজনীতিতে কোন ব্যর্থতা খুঁজে পাবেন না।এদের ইতিহাসে’৭৪-এর দুর্ভিক্ষের কথা পাবেন না।
রক্ষী বাহিনী কর্তৃক ৬০ হাজার মানুষ হত্যার বিবরণ পাবেন না, কালোবাজারি,মজুতদারি,অর্থপাচার এসব কিছুই পাবেন না।
এদের ইতিহাসে আয়নাঘর,গুমঘর, গুম,খুন,অত্যাচার,নিগ্রহ,ব্যাংক খুবলা করে খাওয়া পাবেন না।
তাদের ইতিহাস শুধু সফলতা আর সফলতা!চূড়ান্ত সফলতার এক বিশাল আরব্য রজনী!অফিসিয়ালি এই প্রথমবারের মত কট খাইলো আওয়ামী লীগ!
আওয়ামী লীগের বড় ট্রাজেডি হল এরা বড় বড় গণতান্ত্রিক আন্দোলন গুলোতে শক্তভাবে থাকে।এক সময় ক্ষমতা পেয়ে গেলে তারাই সবচাইতে বড় স্বৈরাচার হয়ে ওঠে।
তারা‘৭১’র চেতনার নামে, দেশবিরোধী,জঙ্গি,পাকিস্তানি,বিচিত্র সব নিত্য নতুন ট্যাগ দিয়ে মানুষকে দমিয়ে রাখার চেষ্টা করে,গণতন্ত্রের টুঁটি চেপে ধরে,বাকস্বাধীনতা হরণ করে!
পত্রিকায় দেখলাম,দিল্লি থেকে শেখ হাসিনা জাতিসংঘের মহাসচিবকে চিঠি লিখে জুলাই গণহত্যার সংখ্যা এবং তদন্ত নিয়ে তার দলের তীব্র আপত্তির কথা জানিয়েছেন।
মহাসচিবের দপ্তর থেকে জানানো হয়েছে,OHCHR-এর তদন্ত প্রতিবেদন জাতিসংঘ মানবাধিকার দপ্তরের অধীনে পরিচালিত একটি স্বাধীন ফ্যাক্ট-ফাইন্ডিং প্রক্রিয়ার ফল।
উক্ত সংস্থার ওপর জাতিসংঘের আস্থা রয়েছে প্রসঙ্গত,OHCHR (Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights)হলো জাতিসংঘের মানবাধিকার বিষয়ক দপ্তর।
অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের আমন্ত্রণে তারা জুলাই-আগস্ট ২০২৪-এর ঘটনাবলি নিয়ে একটি ফ্যাক্ট- ফাইন্ডিং তদন্ত পরিচালনা করে এবং ২০২৫ সালের ফেব্রুয়ারিতে প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ করে।
তদন্তে OHCHR যা বলেছে,তার মধ্যে প্রধান বিষয়গুলো হলো-
📌জুলাই থেকে ৫ আগস্টের মধ্যে প্রায় ১,৪০০ জন নিহত হয়েছে বলে তারা অনুমান করেছে।
📌নিহতদের অধিকাংশই গুলিবিদ্ধ হন এবং তিন-চতুর্থাংশ মৃত্যুর জন্য আগ্নেয়াস্ত্রকে দায়ী করা হয়েছে।
📌নিরাপত্তা বাহিনীর অতিরিক্ত ও অসম শক্তি প্রয়োগ,নির্বিচার গ্রেপ্তার,নির্যাতন এবং মানবাধিকার লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগের কথা উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
📌প্রতিবেদনে বলা হয়েছে যে এসব কর্মকাণ্ড উচ্চ পর্যায়ের রাজনৈতিক ও নিরাপত্তা নেতৃত্বের জ্ঞান ও সমন্বয়ে সংঘটিত হয়ে থাকতে পারে।
📌কিছু ঘটনা আন্তর্জাতিক আইনের দৃষ্টিতে মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধের পর্যায়ে পড়তে পারে।
জাতিসংঘ ও বিভিন্ন আন্তর্জাতিক মানবাধিকার সংস্থা প্রতিবেদনটিকে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে জবাবদিহির আহ্বান জানিয়েছে!

The countrymen cannot even imagine!
Professor Yunus has done a great service to the nation by getting the July 24 genocide investigation report submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Office!
No political government will be able to deny this when it comes to power, nor will it be able to call it biased!
You will not find any failure in the politics of the Awami League. You will not find any mention of the famine of 1974 in their history.
You will not find any details of the killing of 60,000 people by the security forces, you will not find any black market, bootlegging, money laundering.
You will not find any mirror houses, hiding places, disappearances, murders, torture, oppression, and bank robbery in their history.
Their history is only success and success! A huge Arabian Night of ultimate success! This is the first time that the Awami League has officially been defeated!
The big tragedy of the Awami League is that they remain firmly in the big democratic movements. Once they get power, they become the biggest dictatorship.
In the name of the spirit of '71, they try to suppress the people with all the new tags like anti-national, militant, Pakistani, and strange, suppressing democracy and taking away freedom of speech!
I saw in the newspaper that Sheikh Hasina wrote a letter from Delhi to the UN Secretary-General expressing her party's strong objections to the number of July massacres and the investigation.
The Secretary-General's office said that the OHCHR investigation report is the result of an independent fact-finding process conducted under the UN Human Rights Office.
The UN has confidence in the organization. Incidentally, OHCHR (Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights) is the UN human rights office.
At the invitation of the interim government, they conducted a fact-finding investigation into the events of July-August 2024 and published a report in February 2025.
The main points that OHCHR said in the investigation are-
📌They estimated that about 1,400 people were killed between July and August 5.
📌Most of the dead were shot and fi****ms were blamed for three-quarters of the deaths.
📌Allegations of excessive and disproportionate use of force by security forces, arbitrary arrests, torture and human rights violations have been mentioned.
📌The report states that these activities may have been committed with the knowledge and coordination of high-level political and security leadership.
📌Some of the incidents may amount to crimes against humanity under international law.
The United Nations and various international human rights organizations have taken the report seriously and called for accountability!
