First 3D2N of 2026, and I think I’ve already found the peak. 🌅
There’s something about the Happy Seaside horizon that hits differently. From the gold-soaked sunrises to the velvet blue hours, the calm here is almost magnetic. No noise, just the tide and the best company I could ask for. Back in Miri and reminded why this coast will always be home.

Chasing the light in Bakam. 🌅
3 days, 2 nights, and a lifetime’s worth of stillness. We kicked off 2026 by pitching tents at Happy Seaside Campsite, and Miri truly showed off. There’s something cinematic about the way the sun dips into the horizon here—turning the sky into a canvas of gold and violet before waking us up with the softest pink hues.
The beach view was endless, the air was surprisingly calm, and the company? Irreplaceable. Nothing beats a slow weekend with the camping crew back home.
Hands down, one of my new favorite spots in Miri. ✨⛺️
