-EDITING TIPS- (1/2)
1. Choose a Software that fits your needs: π
- Whether you're using professional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or a more friendly user display like Capcut. Your choice should balance usability with perfomance. Every platform has a learning curve the more features, the steeper the curve, the more you experiment, the better you will be.
2. Start with a Clear Vision:π
- It does not have to be overly elaborate, but you should have a good idea about what your project will look and sound like. Storyboarding or creating a rough script can help guide your editing process.
3. Organize Your Footage:ποΈπΉ
- Keeping your video clips and audio files in order will allow you to quickly find the pieces you need when you need them and it would not look as cluttered.
4. Avoid overusing effects (Unless if it is necessary):π€―π₯
- It can be so tempting to use every transitions or effects available. But it is all about getting the right balance. Less is often more so only use clean cuts, and only use effects when they add to the story.
5. Pacing and Timingππ’
- Match the Rhythm, Faster cuts can create excitement, while slower cuts can build tension or emphasize emotion. When you are editing you should aim to move viewers smoothly from one scene to the next.
