Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support (L1) to users of the company's software products via email, phone, and chat.
Offering technical guidance, training, and explanation to users/ customers on products or services for them to use effectively.
Collaborating closely with technical teams, development teams, etc., to collectively address complex technical issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interations, detailed technical issues, and resolutions for user and team reference.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of user information and sensitive company data.
Deal with urgent technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
Follow up with clients to garnered feedback for service improvements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related work experience in Customer Service field/ IT Support will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.
Customer-focused and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
