However, the inclusion of commercial rental poses additional challenges for brick-and-mortar retailers already managing rising operational costs. MRCA respectfully calls for a review and deferment of the SST on rental to ensure a more balanced and sustainable transition for the retail sector.

ICT Zone Asia Berhad has signed an underwriting agreement for its ACE Market IPO, marking a key milestone in its transfer from the LEAP Market. The Group remains focused on expanding its technology financing solutions and strengthening its growth trajectory.

ICT Zone Asia Bhd (KL:ICTZONE) on Thursday inked an agreement with Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd and Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd to underwrite its transfer listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
