613 Customs is an award winning car bespoke and restoration company started by John Kong in 2018 to pursue his lifelong passion for motor cars with a special love for Land Rover Defenders and modern classic cars. Ever since he started his motoring life with a classic 1976 Alfa Romeo 105 series in Australia at the age of 18, his passion to make his rides better has never stopped.

The founder of the Ebiz Media Group, John’s love for Land Rovers started in 2009 when he got hold of his first Defender 90 and has never stopped. He went on to form the Sabah Land Rover Club in 2016 and has built several land rovers over the years through master builder YK Chong who now heads the restoration and customisation department of 613 Customs.

YK Chong has built and customised countless number of Land Rover vehicles with more than 25 years’ experience. He was awarded the Land Rover Master Builder by the Sabah Land Rover Club during the club’s formation in 2016.

Albert Lai, the 3rd member of the 613 clan takes care of sales and marketing of special cars that we sell and build. From sourcing of potential base vehicles to special vehicles. Watch out for our reviews of special cars that we feature from time to time.

Our modifications and restoration are well researched and thought out so our clients can save valuable time and resources to realise their dreams.
