Setelah kira-kira 18 bulan berlalu selepas majlis pecah tanah Stesen Bandar Sri Pinang bagi Projek Transit Aliran Ringan (LRT) Laluan Mutiara oleh YAB Perdana Menteri, kita kini kembali ke sini dengan melihat kemajuan yang dicapai adalah amat memberangsangkan, dengan enam tiang jejambat berjaya disiapkan bagi membolehkan pelaksanaan fasa pembinaan seterusnya diteruskan.

Malah, bagi Stesen Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Pulau Pinang (LTAPP), tiang serta struktur kini sedang dalam pembinaan dengan lima tiang jejambat telah siap dibentuk.
