Highlights of 2022 Part 3: A trip as a team in August, which was most of our first(s) overseas travel post-Covid.

It’s crazy to think that for a moment in 2020-2021, the world shut down, yet how quick everything escalated back to normal and faster the moment Covid-era was over. 2022 was over in a glimpse.

With our first and second office, we were certain we’d stay for a few years but our journey took us through an unpredictable course — we expanded, we travelled, we grew. This is dedicated to the team who have been on the ride with us, the ones who helped built and furnished our spaces, the memories we have created in each of these premises and the projects from our trusted agencies and clients that have led us here 🫶🏼

Sharing our latest original work for Standard Chartered Bank. We were given the creative freedom to develop a short, lighthearted story — with 90s Penang and SCB’s sentiment in mind.

It’s a cut-down version of what was originally written, nevertheless, one of the most memorable project we got to produce.

We’re happy to see how this has gone up on the digital screens and on ground activations, with positive reactions made.

A memorable one for AREKA because we shot this print campaign in our brand new office’s studio space that we moved in few days before this shoot, with our first batch of interns.

Today, we see these images on the billboard and digital screens in Penang and it takes us right back to this day. A great milestone to be remembered!

A 2-day shoot we had last year, for 2 ads to promote their new product range. Personally, we can testify to their products and say that they are as good as advertised. Overall, a great shoot with outcomes that we are proud of with some of the great people around!

Behind the scenes for Super Coffee.

One of this quarter’s shoot that we’re delighted to have produced for iMedia and Super Coffee for Raya. We had the creative freedom given to us to bring forth conversations between six strangers about their opposing, similar views.

It was definitely a breath of fresh air putting forward real identities and go unscripted without any limitation.

Special shout out to Carabelle Cheong, whom played a big part behind the creative of our shoot’s beautiful Raya setup.
