Bermula pada tahun 2018 sebagai sebuah program fizikal kelolaan Cultural Economy Development Agency (CENDANA) di bawah MyCreative Ventures, BASKL atau Bandar Aktiviti Seni Kuala Lumpur, ingin mendekatkan orang ramai dengan ajnas aktiviti seni. Selepas beranjak ke wadah digital, ia kini menjadi sebuah laman berita dwibahasa yang mempromosi dan menyokong dunia seni. Sidang redaksi BASKL meliputi aneka acara, serta kisah yang perlu dikongsi bersama.
