How long has it been since you last reviewed your insurance policies?
Many Life, Critical Illness and Medical Card policies were purchased 5, 10, or even 20 years ago.
When nothing happens, we often think, “As long as I have insurance, I should be fine.”
But when you actually need it, you may realise — having insurance and having enough insurance are two different things.
I recently came across a case that really made me think.
A customer simply wanted to have some insurance, so around RM100,000 in coverage was prepared.
Not long after the waiting period had passed, the customer was diagnosed with cancer.
That was when the customer said, “If I had known, I would have bought more…”
RM100,000 can certainly help, but the real question is — is it enough for your family?
Critical illness may affect more than medical expenses — it can also mean loss of income, family expenses, financial commitments and recovery costs.
That’s why insurance shouldn’t be based on a random amount.
RM100K may be suitable for someone else, but not necessarily for you.
If you haven’t reviewed your policies for years, or you can no longer reach your previous servicing agent, that’s okay.
Regardless of which insurance company your policy is from, I can help you with a complimentary policy review.
It’s not about asking you to buy something new — it’s about understanding: What do I have? Is it enough? Are there any protection gaps?

Insurance isn’t just about having it — having the right coverage matters.
