Here I want to share and motivate women like me who are also living in their second half of life. When we are in our late 30s, we can feel our body, psychology and life changes. Women deserve to be loved.

我是一个40后练级到人生下半场的女人。在这里，我想分享和激励像我一样同样生活在下半生的女性。当我们30多岁的时候，我们能感觉到自己的身体、心理和生活发生了变化。女人值得被爱。

Today I woke up early to go wet market. The aunty selling flowers told me it has been a long time I didn’t come. I told her I changed job environment and busy with life. Since tomorrow is winter solstice and Christmas 🎄 is around the corner, I bought myself the flower I like to light up the festivals‘ mood.
今天一早起来就去早市，卖花阿姨跟我说我很久没来买花了。我跟阿姨说最近换了工作环境所以比较忙。 明天是冬至和圣诞节🎄快到了，就来买自己喜欢的花。喜气洋洋！

连续吃了三天udon面当早餐、吃了一个星期kimchi和kimchi 汤。
这像我做人做事，只要我爱的，我可以天天都爱。

I ate udon noodles as breakfast for past three days, eating kimchi and kimchi soup for a week.
This is like how I live and do things; if I love something, I can love it every day.

A year ago, I seemed naive and timid. A year later, I become more confident, strong and brave. There is nothing I cannot overcome,and nothing I am afraid of losing, because when I came into this world, I came empty-handed and alone!
一年前的我看起来还是天真怕事， 一年后的我变了跟有自信，坚强和勇敢， 没什么砍不过的事，没什么害怕失去，因为我来这世界时，我是空手来，也是一个人来！

今天是我自由一周年，感谢这一年很多很多人陪我走过这条路。 如果有男的天使👼，我特别要感谢这4个男天使让我鼓起勇气离婚，从新开始，再一次跌的时候，你们再一次把我从新在站起来。现在的我是没什么事可以难倒我，习惯独处，看到自己该走的路。

Accompany my friend to aesthetic clinic to treat eyebags and heightened the eyebrow… not only suffer pain but the money paid is also surprisingly high RM1x,###. Then I met another customer yesterday wheb i told her that her face is glowing, she told me she took 3 months stemcells for RM6,000. Last month another friend in order to slim down, went for partial gastrectomy for RM30,000 operation cost.
I am truly blessed that God has given me a perfect face, body and health.
陪朋友去医美诊所做眼袋和提眉……不仅疼，而且费用也高得惊人，要RM1x,###令吉。昨天遇到另一位顾客，我夸她气色好，她说她吃了三个月的干细胞，花了RM6000令吉。上个月，另一个朋友为了要瘦，做了部分胃切除手术，手术费RM3x,###令吉。
我真的感恩，老天爷赐予我完美的容貌、身材和健康的身体。

That‘s why I choose solitude. I choose my friends carefully and distance myself from anyone who likes to gossip as soon as they sit down. Solitude also allows me to see things clearly and become more authentic.
Solitude keeps one always on a clearer perspective, emotionally stable, and makes one stronger.
这也是为什么我选择独处。我选朋友，谁喜欢一坐下就说别人闲话，我就远离他。 独处也让我看东西清清楚楚，也变得很真面做人。
独处也让一个人永远都站在清醒角度， 情绪稳定， 变成很强。
