"We can't fix it tomorrow."
We had exactly 8hr to film. At 6:00 PM, the machine was being wrapped and shipped. There were no second chances.

A case study video for KUKA featuring their client, RR Robotics & Engineering Sdn Bhd. The star of the show? The Kuka SCARA HO, a robot specifically engineered for precision in clean environments.

The challenge? Documenting a case study story while the engineers conducted final checks on the SCARA HO. Our team had to manoeuvre tripods and lighting around them. We needed to coordinate interviews with both RR and Kuka to ensure the partnership story was conveyed accurately. Finding the ideal "hero spot" required us to position our subject-matter experts (the engineers) without interrupting their workflow.

"Patience" is our most important pieces of gear. When our "actors" are actually engineers under a deadline, our job is to be a calm guide. By focusing on making the interviewees feel comfortable and guided through the process, we captured the authentic expertise that a script simply can't fake.

4 days on site in Perak, deep inside a working poultry farm, this project reminded us that livestock work is never easy. Long hours, strong smells, heat, and real operational challenges, but that’s where real stories come from.

With solid teamwork and close collaboration with .productions, we pushed through and achieved a result we’re proud of.

Hard work, mutual trust, and respect for the people behind the industry always lead to better outcomes.

Dust, Heat, and Action.

It was extremely hot working inside the logistics warehouse, but the team stayed focused and committed to capturing the real operations in motion. Huge respect to those working in the logistics industry who make sure our orders are delivered every day. It’s not easy work.
