It's Natto Day in our studio!

Our pantry turned into a mini tasting station as many of our artists experienced natto, Japan's iconic fermented soybeans for the first time.

There was lots of curiosity, plenty of stirring, and even more comical reactions! 😄 Despite that there was love at first bite and there was a mixed reaction that is hard to translate in words.

We’re hiring: Junior System Engineer 💻 ⚙️

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Nutanix, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and license servers.
- Assist in managing shared storage, NAS/SAN, quotas, permissions, backup, and restore activities.
- Support in Linux scripting, bash command, network configuration and etc.
- Maintain IT asset records for hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot user and production issues related to performance, rendering, storage access, network connectivity, and application support.
- Assist with basic network configuration including VLANs, VPN, firewall rules, switches, and access points.
- Support documentation of SOPs, configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or System Engineering is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with Autodesk, Adobe CC, or studio/production tools is an added advantage.
- Exposure to MDT, WDS, WSUS, asset tracking, or software deployment tools is a plus.
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills, communication skills, and willingness to support production deadlines when required.
- Curious, proactive, responsible, and eager to grow in a studio environment where technology supports creativity.

🚨 Must be Malaysian citizens / Permanent Residents or holders of a valid visa issued by the Malaysian Immigration Department and be willing to relocate to Malaysia.
