June is here.

And this month feels different.

With Father's Day and Children's Day around the corner, I've been thinking about why I started building an online business in the first place.

It was never about chasing a title or impressing anyone.

It was about creating more options.

Options to spend more time with family.
Options to travel without asking for leave.
Options to build something that doesn't depend on a single paycheck.

As a mum, I know how quickly time passes. Our children grow up whether we're ready or not.

That's why I'm grateful I started when I did.

Not because everything was perfect.
Not because I had all the answers.

But because I decided to take one step.

This month, I'll be sharing more about the journey, the lessons, and what building a digital business has looked like for me.

For months, I kept looking at different ways to create another income stream.

I would watch videos.
Read posts.
Research opportunities.

But I never moved forward because I was waiting to feel 100% sure.

When I first started, I thought this journey was only about creating another stream of income.

But somewhere along the way, it became so much more.
This community reminded me that women are not meant to build alone. We grow stronger when we encourage one another, share what we’ve learned, and remind each other that it’s never too late to start again.

What I want to pass forward is simple:
Hope.
Belief.
And the reminder that ordinary women can still create extraordinary change in their lives — one step at a time.

I didn’t start because I was an expert.

I started this online business while still working full time.

At that time, I simply wanted to create another option for my future.

Not long ago, I was unexpectedly retrenched after more than 20 years in corporate life.

And suddenly, I understood why I started.
