Boiled egg, avocado, steamed broccoli, corn, and a drizzle of mustard dressing.
2. Fresh Veggie Salad
Lettuce, broccoli, and bell pepper strips. Serve with lemon or balsamic vinaigrette.
3. Green Beans with Hot Sauce
Blanched green beans or snap peas with a side of spicy dipping sauce.
4. Grilled Chicken & Greens
Grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and green beans.
5. Egg & Cucumber Plate
Boiled eggs, cucumber slices, and green beans. Light olive oil dressing.
6. Corn & Pepper Medley
Diced red bell pepper with corn and scallions. Great as a cold side dish.
7. Herbed Veggie Plate
Green beans, boiled egg slices, and herbed pesto.

Steamed cauliflower, sweet corn, and chopped tomatoes.
