Good news for public transport users!

Starting July 1, Malaysians can activate and renew their My50 Unlimited Travel Pass directly from the Touch 'n Go eWallet app 🤩 That means no more needing to queue at counters or strict activation with MyKad!

Prasarana Group President and Chief Executive Officer, Mohd Azharuddin Mat Sah, called it a big step forward in making commuting easier and more convenient. This new digital initiative is expected to benefit over 250,000 current users and hopes to encourage more residents to use public transport more often.

Touch ‘n Go CEO, Praba Sangarajoo, added that it’s a proud milestone for the group, allowing citizens to buy the pass anytime and anywhere via their phones.

However, if you’re not quite ready to go digital, you can still renew your pass using your MyKad at counters.

Prasarana plans to roll out more digital upgrades soon, including for the MyCity pass that aims to reduce a reliance on cash transactions and enhance accessibility to provide a smoother commuting experience.

Commuting’s about to get a whole lot easier! 😍

After nearly a decade of calling Malaysia home, our beloved giant pandas Fu Wa and Feng Yi are getting ready to head home to China this May 🥺❤️

Their bittersweet return follows a new agreement between Malaysia and China, announced during President Xi Jinping’s recent visit. But luckily, it’s not the end - much rather a new beginning - as Malaysia prepares to welcome a new panda pair in August to carry on this special bond for another 10 more years!

As part of their preparations, Fu Wa and Feng Yi have entered a quarantine period to ensure they’re healthy and ready for the journey. Though they’ll be out of public view, fans can still spot them from the GPCC learning centre at certain times.

To honour their time here, Zoo Negara is also rolling out heartwarming farewell activities! From fun message boards and keeper meet-and-greets to contests and screenings, visitors can see them together in all their cuteness one last time. 🥰

“They’ve brought so much joy to us over the years. I just hope they’ll be as loved in China as they were here,” shared a longtime fan.

PM Anwar Ibrahim has just hosted China's President Xi Jinping in a landmark visit to mark 50 years of Malaysia-China ties 🤩

Every social post commemorating the historic visit (shared on his Instagram page) even came accompanied with an iconic Chinese song that perfectly matched the moment and netizens were totally living for the vibes!

From the heartfelt "My Good Brother" and empowering "Mr. Strong Man", to the anthem of unity "We're Not the Same" and the soulful "Fate in This Life,” each meaningful tune definitely made it a lively event to remember.

He even included the classic "The Moon
Represents My Heart" - which Siti Nurhaliza also performed live at their state dinner - and ended with a fun farewell bop, "105°C of Love."

PM Anwar called the visit "historic and highly meaningful," with over 30 major deals signed.
