Oh, wow. What a bunch of cowards. Just release the damn movie!

One European distribution noted: “For a U.S. distributor, acquiring a film like The Voice of Hind Rajab isn’t just about believing in the quality of the work, it also means committing resources to defend it against inevitable attacks from multiple sides. That requires not only money for marketing and publicity, but also a team that’s ready to handle controversy in a very polarized environment. Many distributors simply don’t have the bandwidth or the appetite for that kind of battle.”

The Voice of Hind Rajab, which tells the story of six-year-old Palestinian girl Hind Rajab, who was killed by Israeli forces last year, still has no U.S. distributor, Deadline reports.

On 30 September, Iki went to the media screening of "3 Hajat", a drama film directed by Zul Huzaimy and written by Prebet Sapu's Muzzamer Rahman, starring Eman Manan and Amerul Affendi. The KRU Studios and Astro Shaw Sdn Bhd co-production will hit Malaysian screens from 2 October. 🎨🌊

Cringe wokeness is an enemy of even the most celebrated and competent filmmakers. Paul Thomas Anderson's action black comedy thriller "One Battle After Another" is unfortunately a victim of this in our opinion; which is disappointing, since this is clearly the work of an artist that has perfected his craft over the years.
