Captain America Theme Chocolate Mint Butter Cake. Fully customised, 5 inch Butter cakes sandwiched with dark chocolate ganache, coated with chocolate mint ganache and dark chocolate drip. Topped with our signature Rocky Road Chocolate Bar and Nutella Chocolate Truffles. All lettering and shields are chocolates, too. Finally, to complete the whole theme design, the cake is decorated with toy Captain America and soldiers.
The best part is that, Captain America and the soldiers can be cleaned up after the birthday party, and kept by the birthday boy as a souvenir. No wastage. No sweet buttercream or fondants. All made with high quality couverture chocolates.

How we made the coloured chocolate bees 🐝 for our Salted Caramel Brownies. The bees are filled with salted caramel and white chocolate almond nibs.

About 120 Bees 🐝 swamped our Salted Caramel Brownies recently. Aren’t they cute? Would you eat them? 😁
Salted Caramel Brownies with roasted Pecans and spread with a generous layer of Salted Caramel. Drizzle with Dark Chocolate Ganache, a light sprinkle of Sea Salt and crushed Pecans. And swamped by White Chocolate Salted Caramel and Almond Bees because of the White Chocolate Flowers. Or was it the Caramel? 🤔

Cooking our caramel from scratch may be tedious but definitely taste better. Working with sugar needs a lot of patience. We use it in our chocolate ganache and for topping our brownies. 😋🍫
