Six years after the Proton X50 first arrived in Malaysia, Proton is celebrating the milestone with something a little different.

Introducing the All-New Proton X50 Sport Edition (SE) — a flagship-based special edition featuring 15 exclusive exterior and interior enhancements, a predominantly black treatment with red accents, Sport Edition detailing and more.

Looking for a premium Volvo without paying the price of a brand-new unit? Volvo Car Malaysia is bringing back its Volvo Executive Car Sales 2026, featuring just 80 Selekt Certified Used Cars sourced from its corporate fleet.

And these aren't your typical used cars.

Some units have travelled as little as 2,000km, while selected models come with active warranty and service coverage, 125-point inspection, genuine Volvo parts and Volvo-trained technician checks.

VOLVO CAR MALAYSIA STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN SARAWAK

Volvo Car Malaysia has officially opened a new 2S (Service & Spare Parts) Centre in Kuching, giving local Volvo owners greater access to premium after-sales support.

Operated under Sebangga Group, the new facility along Jalan Pending marks an important step in expanding Volvo’s network across East Malaysia.

But there’s more to the story.

Sebangga Mitsinbo is already preparing to transform the Kuching facility into an official Volvo dealership, potentially bringing a complete sales and after-sales experience to Sarawak in the future.

Harley-Davidson and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) are collaborating on a Proof of Concept (POC) programme involving three Harley-Davidson motorcycles for evaluation by the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT).

The POC brings together three distinct Harley-Davidson platforms — Low Rider ST, Street Glide and Pan America — giving JSPT the opportunity to assess their performance, handling, manoeuvrability and practicality for operational and es**rt duties.

What makes the evaluation even more interesting? Le Tour de Langkawi 2026 provides a real-world environment for JSPT personnel to put the motorcycles through practical operational conditions.

But this is not a confirmed procurement or permanent deployment.
